ROOM ITALY

This is the en-suite double bedroom on the ground floor, it has a south facing window open on the main entrance of the house.

Facilities include your own tv and changing room plus most importantly your personal bathroom.

The room is structured as a self sufficient unit , just behind the second kitchen. The main kitchen and dining room are in fact situated on a different level.

Prices are €60.00 during low season (20Sep-20Dec) and € 75.00 during high season (21Dec-19Sep) per room per night including breakfast. A discount rate can be arranged for single guests.

ROOM FRANCE

This is the biggest double bedroom.

Situated on the first floor it has two balconies (south and west facing) overlooking Sarre's medieval castle and the imposing Mont Blanc.

It benefits from your own tv an adjacent dressing/changing room and from the biggest bathroom of the house to be shared with another room whenever the house is at full capacity.

Prices are €60.00 during low season (20Sep-20Dec) and € 75.00 during high season (21Dec-19Sep) per room per night including breakfast. A discount rate can be arranged for single guests.

ROOM GERMANY

This is the double bedroom on the top floor, it has a big south facing window overlooking Sarre's medieval castle and the Aosta Valley.

Facilities include your own tv and personal wardrobe.

The bathroom is to be shared with room France on the first floor , just one short flight of stairs down.

Prices are €60.00 during low season (20Sep-20Dec) and € 75.00 during high season (21Dec-19Sep) per room per night including breakfast. A discount rate can be arranged for single guests.

ROOM GREAT BRITAIN

This is the biggest bedroom of the house.

Althought it does not provide any balcony it benefits from two good sized skylights and with its spacious L shaped lay-out provides a typical alpine and cosy family accomodation .

The room has retained throughout renovation some of its original features with the original stone wall still exposed and and the typical wooden floors and walls.

The room is ideal for any family with children or any small group of friends on a budget.

The facilities include your own tv , two double wardrobes, two single beds and a double sofa bed which would be used as a double bed.

The bathroom is to be shared with room number one on the first floor , just one short flight of stairs down.

Prices for two guests are €60.00 during low season (20Sep-20Dec) and € 75.00 during high season (21Dec-19Sep) per room per night including breakfast.

Extra guests in this room are at €25.00 during low season and € 30.00 during high season per person per night including breakfast.
